About Great Room Handbook

A reference guide to feature walls in the newer houses of Wellen Park.

What it is

Great Room Handbook covers planning accent walls for the newer homes of Wellen Park and nearby: open floor plans, tall ceilings, new construction and the Florida climate. Everything here is meant to stay useful for years; it does not cover news or events.

Who publishes it

Trim My Crib, which calls Wellen Park home and builds interior detail work from drawing to install, puts out the handbook. Its public location is Venice, FL 34293. The handbook belongs to the company, and every page says so.

How it is written

Facts and figures are credited to named public sources at the foot of every guide; any math we did ourselves is labeled. Drawings are sketches made for these pages. You won’t find customer quotes or star ratings here.

About the pictures

Photos of Wellen Park are neighborhood scenery. The three room images on the home page are design inspiration renderings made by computer; they are not finished or installed projects and not Trim My Crib job photos.

Where it is written for

Every house in Wellen Park, Venice, Osprey, Nokomis, Manasota Key, South Sarasota and Casey Key. No other areas.
